To be considered for a DCU Realty position, you should be able to demonstrate your knowledge of real estate with examples of situations where you provided consulting services that benefited your clients. You must be proficient with computers, MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer. Agents should dress and present themselves appropriately for their profession and provide character references. Agent candidates should have a minimum of one year of full-time experience with above-average productivity. One or more of the following advanced designations are preferred: GRI, CRS, CBR, ABR, SRES or similar. All of our full- and part-time agents are REALTORS.
